The Yosymban Method is a private structured experiential framework.

It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or educational practice.

No diagnosis, treatment, or clinical assessment is provided.

3. Structure

Participation occurs exclusively as a seven-session cycle.

Participation is voluntary.

No outcomes are guaranteed.

4. International Access

The Method is delivered internationally through online sessions.

Participants are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

5. Responsibility

The Method does not replace medical or psychological care.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and integration.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

6. Minors

For participants under 18:

Parental or legal guardian consent is required.

The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility.

No behavioral or educational assessment is conducted.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, subject only to legal obligations.

8. Financial Structure

The Method is offered solely as a complete seven-session cycle.

Financial and scheduling terms are provided upon acceptance.

Partial participation is not available.

Participation occurs at the individual’s discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is assumed for outcomes arising from participation.

10. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration seated in Greece, conducted in Greek or English.
