The Yosymban Journey

A structured experiential process,

With a clear beginning and a clear end.

Yosymban unfolds through a contained series of sessions designed to support internal coherence and alignment — without pressure, interpretation or imposed direction.

Participation is application-based and selectively confirmed, ensuring readiness and suitability.

In Advance

The Structure

The journey consists of seven core sessions.
In certain cases, up to two additional sessions may be introduced if deemed necessary.

It applies equally to children (8+), adolescents and adults.

The process is finite and clearly defined —
designed to cultivate internal coherence, not dependency.

During the Sessions

Six sessions (approx. 75 minutes) focus on color-based work.

A meditative state emerges through free drawing.

Dialogue with the drawing unfolds through a structured questionnaire, allowing insight to surface without imposed meaning.

Emotional material may surface —
not provoked, not suppressed.

The seventh session is extended (up to three hours)
and serves as integration.

The process is structured, yet unfolds organically.

Additional Context (Optional)

A separate natal chart interpretation session may be requested at the beginning of the journey — for both adults and children.

For adult participants, an additional analytical explanation of the astrological background informing each session may also be requested.

These elements are optional.
They provide conceptual context.

They do not replace the experiential process, nor alter its structure.
The core work remains non-interpretive and experiential.

Applicability

Yosymban is not designed for crisis intervention or acute psychiatric instability.

It does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

Participation requires psychological stability and willingness to engage in structured experiential work.

Suitability is assessed prior to initiation.

Children & Confidentiality

The structure remains identical across age groups, with shorter sessions for children (up to 60 minutes).

For children and adolescents, the work remains experiential and deeply personal, approached in a playful and age-appropriate manner

No session reports or feedback are provided to parents.
Parental involvement is limited to consent and logistical support.

The integrity of the process is preserved within the session space.

Practical Requirements

A quiet, uninterrupted space.
Plain white paper.
Specified colors-drawing materials (communicated in advance).
Stable internet connection.

No artistic ability is required.

Friendly Reminder:

This work is not diagnosis, interpretation does not give instruction, or prone to imposed outcomes.
Through presence, orientation, and standardized processes internal dynamics are given the time and space to settle and reorganize naturally.
